2025 Midterm Polls: Julius Jr. Acosta Leads Mayoral Survey in Siay

Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay – As the 2025 midterm elections approach, recent survey results indicate a decisive lead for Julius Jr. Acosta in the mayoral race of Siay.

According to an independent survey conducted by Zambostar, Acosta has garnered 67% of voter preference. Trailing behind are Yoly Tumampos with 20%, Jacinth Mendoza at 10%, and 3% of respondents remain undecided.

In the vice mayoral contest, Gerald Acosta stands out with a commanding 87% support, followed by Danilo Braza who has secured 11%, leaving 2% of voters undecided.

Political analysts attribute the Acosta duo's strong performance to their longstanding involvement in local governance and community initiatives. The significant lead suggests a favorable reception of their platforms among the electorate.

Despite the current standings, the undecided voters could still influence the final outcome. Candidates are intensifying their campaigns, focusing on key issues such as infrastructure development, healthcare, and education to win over the remaining undecided populace.
